I'd suggest Hertz. I always go with them when in other cities. They don't mark their cars with bumper stickers of their company. To me that's just screaming "I'm a tourist! Rob me!"

martin always gets his rental cars for the states from the american costco website. im not sure what company its through but he was telling my dad to check it out for florida. worth an online browse.

I rented a car in Vegas, I can't remember which company it was, but it allowed me to rent the car, I was 21, I think they charged a fee.

i can't remember the company i used, but i rented a car when i was in florida and i was only 19 at the time and there were no extra fees for being underage..

anyone that works for a car company will only be able to do so much. straight up just book one through expedia, I reccomend enterprise.

I think I might just start calling companies and bitching about the under 25 fee and see if any of them will waive it. I think it's freaking ridiculous since I could be 25 and *just* got my lisence vs. being 22 and driving for 6 years! grrr.

I used to work for enterprise...The key is to just make a stink at the front counter and they will bend over and take it for you...Of course that would make you the kind of customer that I personally always hated and one of the big reasons I quit, but hey, it works.
