Something to think about... in first aid you are told to always wear rubber gloves. Of course many dont with small minor cuts. However I heard of one incident where the staff found out that one of the children was HIV positive. Staff were out raged that they were not informed. BUT it is the persons right to keep this information private and confidential. The bottom line is that we should ALWAYS wear rubber gloves and ALWAYS be aware that ANY person we perform first aid on could in fact be HIV positive.

I do feel that this guy should take full responsibility since he ALREADY KNEW and never told his partner. If this girl is indeed infected I hope she charges him with murder. However she would still be infected and she could have prevented it in the first place with some precaution.

Anyways you can never really trust your partner 100% so be careful and ask questions.

stds cannot be passed by sitting on a toilet. most stds cannot survive out of their environment for more than 24 hours, this includes crabs. unless you are rubbing your genitalia all over the toilet, then you are no more at risk for catching an std then using a doorknob.
