good mp4 sites?

looking for tv shows mostly. but anything will do. just dont want to have to convert.

You might find some .mp4 files uploaded to torrent sites, but its not all that common place for any of the groups that release TV shows (VTV, LOL, FQM, etc.) to release them in anything other than xvid or divx. 720p & 1080i rips do turn up in MPEG4, but the bit-rate is way too high for any of the current crop of PMPs.

My suggestion is to get a decent converter that supports a queue,
then use Windows' built in Task Scheduler program (its in the control panel) to launch the converter daily at like, 3am (or whenever your not gonna be on your computer) then just stop the converter when you sit back down at your computer.
