Hey girls, some advice please

Its my gf's b-day on monday and her work friends will be taking her out for dinner on sat and sun so i want to do something different.

What are a few things that you would want to do on that day besides going out for food. I have a few ideas but they are pretty generic, im hoping for something off the beaten path. Something different and interesting.
