btw...have you found out who the main character is yet?
Nope, don't think so... didn't even think there would be a main character, but I'm sure it will be interesting. I thought Eddard was at first, but I was wrong. :( I'm going through them pretty quick, so I'll be at Storm of Swords soon I'm sure.

'House Harkonnen' by Brian Herbert & Kevin J Anderson, second installment in the 'Dune Prelude' trilogy. I also started reading the 'Dune Legends' series by the same authors. I've finished the first one, 'Butlerian Jihad'. Not normally a sci-fi buff but Frank Herbert's work has always blown me away, and his son seems to be making a good go of it as well.

Just finished reading "Bad Girls" by Mary Flanagan.. a collection of short stories.. ridiculously depressing but interesting.

Also read "White Oleanders" during winter break, it was amusing and well written.
Currently reading "Tibet: Survival in Question" I don't have the book at hand so I don't know the exact name of the author, and I want to stop by the library and pick up "The birth of Tragedy" by Friedrich Nietzsche ( Brian, you recommended I read Nietzsche at Tribeca).
