let me explain my story now. went to the cambie to have a couple beers with my buddies. i was driving my buddies car, and when we leave i get in to the car and notice a cop right behind us. so i wait and converse to make time. cop then drives ahead and turns so i win this round. drive away and make my first right, than make another right and bam who do i see that cop. i try to be smooth and tell my friends lets go back to the cambie. make another right now he's following me. make another right and park, as we get out he turns his lights on and bam im fucked. cop wins this round.
"drivers licsense and regestration please." "here you go officer" slams door. me "dude we're fucked. and i mean hard" buddy - "dont worry man ur not drunk so its ok." me - "hey your right." *smiling now* 10 mins later..... cop - "can you step outside of the car?" me - "yes i can." cop - "i want you to breath into this device for me ok.( by device he means breathalizer for all u fuckheads) Have you ever had to use this before?" me - "no never. ive never had a ticket officer" cop " ok now breath in and i want you to breath out until you hear a click" me - "alright" breathing half assed...... cop - "breath harder!. More!, More!" now i stop. me - "sorry man im out of breath." now we wait till it resets..... round 2 cop - " breath in and then breath out for awhile ok. can you do that?" me - " yeah i can." cop - " ok let me see you try first" me - trying.... cop " ok let him go again." me - breathing till it clicks... now it reads .45 i go back to my buddies car and wait. and wait. hey did i meantion i waited. cop comes back and makes me get out again. theres a tow truck so i know im fucked. they tow the car my budy is choked as are my other friends. i get my licensed suspended for 12 hours and i gotta pick it up tomorrow. i asked the fucking cop if it goes down as a dui on my licsense he says no its just suspended. so ticket no nothing. i had no N up either. waht the fuck.

you go away lucky dude. my friend lost his liscene, and now he went back to his L under all the new rules, so he basically wrecked his car situation and his job over, because he had a few beers and a shot at the bar.
be thankful you got away with that one.

want an assumed way to pass? if u have a ur full.....
buy those halls vitamin c "candies" before u get in the car start sucking on one....... also when they tell u to blow hard, just blow at a constant slower steady pace rather than one huge puff.......they dont know how large your lung capacity is anyways u'll either pass, or the breathalizer units will come up inconclusive in which case they cant do much has worked for me a few times

you have an N? No alcohol, that means 0.0% blowing. It says on the back of your license. And for not knowing that i'd smack you upside the head for being a doofus.
You got a 12 hour license suspension - big deal. In about 2 weeks your going to receive a piece of paper from a guy named Mark from Victoria, and he's going to suspend your license for a month. Then if you do anything else, (even get a speeding ticket) - your going to loose your license for 3 monthes. And so on, and so on, and then you have to pay the $75 each time to get your license back (unless you dispute all of them and win of course) oh, and when you get your N back, you have to wait 2 years from that date until you can do your road test again. :y: way to go with the whole drinking and driving thing, I see you know your limit. :y: but with an N, your fucked. Example: (This was a very busy night) Worked in chilliwack, Went to a friends houseparty - lots of alcohol, friends preasure me into taking a drink I refuse. Leave, get to another houseparty, friends preasure me into taking a drink, I refuse. Goto a local club, friends preasure me into taking a drink, I refuse. Drive to Langely - goto another club, was there for a good 2 hours - completely sober. Drive to an afterparty down the street (I could of walked) - Finally I am ready to drink, crack open a beer, suck the foam off the top and get a phonecall - friends drunk at the club still, needs a ride home. Go, pick her up, drive back - do a double lane change, get pulled over. Cop asks me to get out of the vehicle, etc. (while my friend is throwing up, A+) I blow a 0.000001% - license suspended for 12 hours. 3 weeks later I get a notice they are removing my license for 1 month. Can't dispute it, it's alcohol.. I get my license back, a week later I loose my license for 3 monthes for unecessary noise. gotta love our justice system. there's an example, dont drink and drive when you have an N, not even a DROP.

so what ur saying is that im gonna lose my license for a month. and if i fuck up again its 3 months. and i have to wait 2 more years to get my full license? i thought the new law doesnt apply to those who have had it before certain law was brought into action.
