2 friends and i went for a month. we got off the plane in puerto vallarta, stayed for a few days then went to this place called yelapa off the coast near puerto vallarta. we had to go down the road a bit from p.v. (to the place where predator was filmed, hehe) and take a half hour boat ride to yelapa. it was beautiful, big waterful and huge spiders!
then we went back to p.v, then off down the coast of mexico, stopped at puerto angel, and a really cool naked beach and stayed at a place overlooking the beach, the place we stayed was called shambhala. it was so gorgeous, waking up every morning seeing the sun rise over the water.
we stopped at a few other places, manzanillo was one. weird place, didn't like it much.
then we went into oaxaca and stayed there for 10 days, loved it there.
then, back on a bus up to p.v again where we hung out for a few days before going to mazatlan to go home.
only complaint i had was the men. they were very sexist, but i guess it's their culture so what can ya do. we got followed by groups of them, truckloads of them, surrounded by a bunch. one of my friends got proposed to, dude wanted to get the hell out of mexico.
if i were to go back i'd go to shambhala and hang out on that beach, or southern mexico. although belize would be pretty cool too.
have fun on your trip, sounds like it'll be great:089:

we also had to stay in mexico city for a couple days when my friend got very sick. she almost puked on the bus driver on the way there, he was out at the side of the bus and she opened the window and well... yeah. he moved though. i didn't like mexico city much, but the hotel had an english channel on the tv so i stayed there and watched the simpsons while my friend got better. after she was okay we went to see the ruins at tehotican (sp?). wow, they were fucking cool! impressive, i was amazed.

Went to PV and stayed at the Crown Paradise Club resort. 5 star rating, 24 alchohol and food, all inclusive with its own nightclub.

The nightclub is open to the public and it's always packed. You get to bypass the lineup with your wristband and you can order alcohol free all night for yourself or others! Nice way to pick up a nice Mexican girl eh?

I went to the Mayan Riveria and stayed at the Aventura Palace. Great all inclusive as well. Went to Cancun and Cozumel to do some diving and snorkling. Cozumel is one of the best places on the planet for diving, crystal clear water and great sealife.

Cabo san Lucas was a great place to visit. Very laid back, nice beaches and cheap alcohol.

Might go back to Cozumel this fall. All inclusive of course. :c-tard:

Went to Puerto Vallarta... Had two of my girlfriends staying there, so didn't really book a hotel. I did stay at the Tropicana for two days, for 80 pesos at night.

Took a long ass bus ride to Guadleharra (sp?) for three days to go to a *dungeon party*, which by the way was an experience of a life time!!! :D:

Honestly, I liked *roughing* it. Most of the time, you're on the beach or partying, and eating is better if you look around and check out all the restaurants, and kiosks. I know friends that went to an all inclusive, and they ate/drank at the hotel only twice. It's convenient to have the option, but if you like exploring and really doing the whole *Mexico* thing... rough it out

I went to Club Med in Ixtapa when I was 11.

It was fucking sweet. That's all I can say.

There was a flying trapeze, kayaking, scuba diving, snorkeling, archery, water-polo, softball, baseball, soccer, basketball, sailing, tennis, golf, horseback riding, day trips, ETC ETC ETC

Gawd it was fucking great, to say the least.

Kinda pricey, but it's all inclusive.

see for yourself (make sure you look at the pictures!)Check Out Ixtapa
