s007ii - dj subRoutine has always kept an open mind to different types of music. His influences range from a wide variety of familiar Classical composers to modern Rock. He was into Classic Rock n' Roll at a time when most kids his age were still listening to bubblegum pop. In his early teens he was already exploring the pioneers of Punk, Heavy Metal, Underground Hardcore, and Industrial. When he developed a taste for EDM, it wasn't long before he was finally able to blend both styles of Classical music and Rock into the signature dark atmospheric sound he generates in his mixes where Tribal is at the core of all things accumulated. Fusing Progressive elements with House, Tech House, Techno, Electro, and Minimal, he has managed to build sets that do justice to the tunes of some of today's best underground EDM artists. s007ii is a classically trained musician and has been to the Trebas Institute of Recording Arts to learn about production. As a deejay he is exclusively digital. With advanced computer skills as a programmer and technician, he works with programs such as Ableton, MixMeister & Cubase4 while keeping in mind how to translate what he has done into live performances on the CDJs.
