New Dj Wyatt Fairholm Cd Out Now!!

okay here we go.

first off, my cd had a huge scratch in it to begin with (a sign? maybe), so it skipped every 45 seconds or so.. but i kept at it for listening sake. track 3 was the only one i liked even the slightest bit (here again, personal opinion) i really liked the vocal inlay; i also didn’t mind the remix of “don’t call me baby” in track 7.

cant really comment on more than that as there isn’t a whole load of mixing as mentioned before.

i guess for someone who might like speed garage, this would be sick, but it just doesn’t do it for me.

pretty much tracks 9-12 made this listenable.
track 13 was pretty much the best track on the whole cd.


i’ll pass off the cd to someone who might enjoy it more.

edit: could have won me over big time if you had that "bang bang" track by MBD i believe it is.

i woke up this morning on the beach with this cd in my pocket

i have no idea how it got there.....

but yeah we listened to the first 3 tracks in my car and realized it was speed garage. so i passed it on to my new friend from winnipeg. she seemed to like it

right now im working on a better cd with more new tracks on it i kinda rushed that one out the door because i didnt have any of my tracks down on a demo for people to hear>and i wanted to get something done in time 4 summer break festival>

This is true. You know what I never knew so many people did it 'cause it was so DL. But finding out so many of my fav dj's do it... kind of is discouraging. TSK TSK. But a record skips, that would make some sense to edit.

Exactly! I didn't edit the mix I posted as I'm sure all the djs can sure tell! That was my ability at the time, you shouldn't be ashamed. You can only get better if you continue to practise!

As for wyatt, I'm sure your cd is just fine! so what there is a skip, your next cd won't have a skip ;) I'll take a listen when I get the cd back.
