Spinach+artichoke=easy :)
Go buy one can of artichokes, 1 small block fozen spinach, 500 ml cream, gruyere cheese...maybe 400g, 3 cloves garlic, 1/2 lemon.

Put it all in a pot, sans lemon. cook for a while. make taste good with salt and pepper and lemon juice. For dipping, get some pitas, cut into triangles, toss in olive oil, cumin, paprika. Toast in oven. Tortilla chips work well too!

Cheese platter: get some nice white cheddar, goat cheese, stilton and maybe one more kind. that should do it. Get some nice crackers. A good sausage is landjager, a swiss dried sausage. Maybe get some proscuitto, a cured italian ham. Serve with sliced pears and grapes, they all go well together.

Chicken wings: boil gently in salted water for 10 minutes. cool, then deep fry until crispy. toss in Frank's red hot sauce. or teryaki sauce.

I donut know what else to suggest, but feel free to ask. And check out www.epicurious.com for recipes.
