ooh ooh oooh. heh.
I love yoga. I had a course last semester that involved yoga, but this semester there's no more yoga for our program:(. I am one of the most flexible people in my class, and I freaked people out when I did the backward nameste (?sp??) hehe. I got a very cool yoga book for christmas though! But I really want to eventually take a class...I say eventually, because I don't know how busy this semester is going to be yet. |

If you want to focus more on breathing try Kundalini.. once you get a bit more used to it and if you like it enough you could try Ashtanga which is more intense. |

i tried yoga and i don't like at as much as pilates.
i do pilates 3-5 times a week at the gym and also at home with my yoga mat and ball. it's not only relaxing, but if you're desiring long and lean muscles you can achieve this with pilates. it's great! |

you don't need a ton of money to do it
i bought a book which included a dvd and then i got a mat and a ball. i don't go to classes, i just know how to do the exercises. When i do my regular work out at the gym, i do a lot of pilates as well. it's very easy to learn |
