I know TONS of places
Mateo's right, It is a lil early right now. So anything a t a really high elevation might be a lil too snowy until the middle of June. For this month I think Mt Strachan would be a lot of fun. We'd start off at Cyrpess Bowl, Hike up a Gully to the Peak, Have Lunch and then follow the real trail down the other side, bypassing a wartime plane crash It would take us about 5 or 6 hours round trip What do ya'll think? |

In my Opinion The Grouse Grind sucks
It's a Grind......thats all Overpopulated and not very much beauty people like to brag that they did it One of my favorite hikes is where you start by doing the Grouse Grind and then proceeding another 5 hours past it to Crown Mountain The highest point on the North Shore Mountains I took Boopti up there! It's a Grind......thats all QUOTE] couldn't agree more... not very easy, but not very long or nice... just trees and dirt and no views or anything special... and of course WAY too many people. A good easy hike that's very accessible (which also makes it a little crowded) is Seymour... of course you will have to wait a little while for this one. Dave.... interested in going up the Lions this summer? always wanted to do that. |
