Nice! The call centre pays a lot more than what I make downstairs. But you have to put up with a lot more shit ;)

Guess what I do for most of my day? I fix mistakes on accounts that call centre reps make! lol.

Having past Hydro experience should make it easier!

alright so i did the telephone automated interview

apparently they liked that..

so then i had to do some internet survey thing

and now they're supposed to be contacting me real soon for an actual interview

AND my boss from hydro has alreayd told me that shes gonna give me a really good reference.
