my buddies dad found a cigarette butt in a bottle of canadian? or was it labbat blue? i forget...anyways he called them up and threw a fit. without a lawyer, only one phone call, they offered him 50 grand or 18 free cases of that beer for three months. he took the beer.

then again, this guy can go into a bank, open an account, and then have the bank put five hundred bucks into it.
