Aw Jenna, to begin with I hope you feel better...
Everyones suggestions are really great, I usually listen to music, draw/paint, read, go for a walk, write, watch disney movies... But what I find helps more than anything is going to the beach, or a park, or somewhere where you can get your mind off of things completely. I usually take my sketchbook or journal along and just enjoy the environment, observe the scenery, write/sketch, etc. Hope that helps :) |

ok.. on a serious note... these are good ways of getting ur anger out without beating somebody's head in
listen to some ak1200 or scott brown or something thats really hard and loud and blast the speakers to the floor shakes.. just lay down on ur bed and let the bass hit u.. feels awsome untill someone comes knockin on ur door to tell u to turn it the fuck down go work out.. overwork urself.. u wont have the energy to swing ur arms at ppl talk to someone... |

reading a favorite book. writing all the scrambled thoughts in my head onto paper, or at least the attempt, work from time to time.
whatever you find that works for you, believe in this : no matter how insurmountable the task laid out before you seems, remember that all mountains are climbed one step at a time. look at the the things in your immediate life, block out the rest. regardless, all things work themselves out eventually, just gotta keep up the courage to keep on trudging. as silly as it sounds, and as hard as it is to actually do, it's something that's helped me and hope that it's something that can help you too. may you find peace -max |
