depends on the guy. i used to hate labrets, then i met a guy with one and he suited it completely. same with eyebrow rings and so on. but the tongue ring... i donno. i dont really think it looks good on guys or girls, maybe i just havnt seen anyone it suited.

i have two tounge piercings and when who ever i'm kissing has one too you tend to get the little *clank* noise once in a while.

but belly and tounge piercings are like anything else. if it suits the person then it's hot.
