What if the person is in a coma? They're not struggling then, so it'd kinda be like a cross between screwing a dead person and someone that's in a really deep slleep (comatose-like even). Plus, you don't have to worry about the long term decay issue, which is fine unless you want to get some mung action. Mind you, it'd be a bit awkward if they woke up during the act.
