QUESTION!! kinda urgent

well okay before i left vic i had some super shower goodbye sex with the ex boyfriend....after he came he got a HUGE headache....thought nothing of it, and we fucked again...his headache got soo bad that he had to go to sleep.
so the next day, when he woke up it was all good, headache was gone and everything. we fucked again, and the same thing happend; huge headache after he came..... i thought it might have somethi8ng to do with the position we were in....buuuuuuuuuuut

now we just had phone sex..and the same thing AGAIN....huge headache after he came....

what the hell is wrong with him?? we're both kinda freaked out;.
has this happend to any of you guys before?

does he normally have high blood pressure? cause the adrenaline and what not can kinda stress out the brain. Especially when having an erection and then a climax/orgasm the erection go's away so blood pressure is back to where it was before. So really the sudden event of highblood pressure only to go back to where it was can be causing it and thats where he might wanna see if he has high blood pressure.

maybe he has a strain in his shoulders...muscle ache give him a nice massage...a really good neck rub...with what everyone else said ...that could be it totally..but just in case seee if he has alot of tension built up in his arms and shoulders(around the top of the shoulder blades) thats causes major head aches and if your having sex and climaxing and blood flow might be straining his shoulder and neck causing bad headaches
