Honestly, I didn't think I had to pull this point out. But the amount of people bickering that Spooky is Tradition and Solid shouldn't go against them needs to see the bigger picture. We added a few extra artists after Spooky announced their lineup, and you people think we are trying to out do Spooky. We stated previously that we were possibly adding djs even before Spooky announced their lineup. We said possibly because we had to CONFIRM before we announced it. We also stated that if we were to do Dooms Night that it will have the strongest halloween lineup ever to hit Vancouver. The lineup that Solid has assembled is NOT cheap at all. I'll leave my opinion in the Solid thread since the Twisted supporters will probably go ballastic on the Spooky thread if I had posted this on there. Solid Corp has always been setting up new standards & competitive prices for the shows in Vancouver. Its not about competition as Solid has always been pushing the talent/production in the city. Look at the lineups and ticket pricing of the shows before Solid was established. Remember the Halloween market is BIG and there's enough space for two massives.
Both shows will be great and lets keep everything POSITIVE on both shows. Spooky and Dooms Night will need support from EVERYONE to be successful. Do you want the scene to be as strong as before when the market had over 10,000+ party goers? You people should be thankful that there are two productions doing a halloween show b/c now there are more competitive prices and better talent in town. Plus this can actually bring back a lot of HYPE to the "RAVE" scene again. Because everybody in town knows that there are 2 massives and "RAVES" will be the place to be on halloween.
CHILL OUT and APPRECIATE. ~
