Here is another update on the on-going changes in our event section. Upon clicking on “Add Event” icon, the site will redirect you to the calendar section where you, the promoter, will type in your event information, upload flyers, etc. Once this is completed, your post will only be viewable in the calendar section and edited only by the promoter. This means that members will not be able to reply in these posts. These posts will be created primarily for party/club info only. However, if your company decides to convert the status of the thread into interactive – members can post and the thread will be placed in the main page of the “Events & Promo” section, or appear in the “New Posts” listing. Prices for the advertising are as follows (prices may change and vary): $20/month ***This is an introductory rate*** ----------------------------------------------------------- Update: March 26, 2005 For $20, you can get massive views for your dollar! Plus, with only a max of 15 slots available, your event can stand out as a daily viewable image on the site - in priority sequence to upcoming events. Examples: What you get:
Prices: Affordable advertising for almost any budget. Most productions usually setup banner time within two months of their event. Threads will be authorized once payment has been received. Just for those new to the PayPal system, you must register a "personal" account on www.paypal.com Once that process is complete, click on the "send money" tab, and enter in the following info: Recipient's Email > [email protected] Amount > enter in $ value Currency > Canadian Category of Purchase > Service You will then need to key in your credit/debit info on the following page.
