I Fly. 12 Always There 13 Continental Drift How could electronic music ever be as energetic or exciting as a screaming, spitting, eardrum-splitting rock set? Ask the Australian Band INFUSION. They've already played alongside the cream of the electronic music scene (e.g. The Chemical Brothers, Underworld, Paul Oakenfold, Carl Cox etc). Australia's most successful and well-loved electronic act will be releasing their brand new album 'Six Feet Above Yesterday' on Monday 20th September, and will include an enhanced CD component enabling punters to enter an exclusive INFUSION remix competition. Fans can download parts to INFUSION's first single, 'Girls Can Be Cruel' and then rework the track any way they like. The best remix, as chosen by the band, will then be added as a B-Side on INFUSION's next commercial single, released through BMG Australia, with full credit for the winner, giving budding producers a rare opportunity to showcase their talents to a wider audience. The band aren't looking for any particular style so all effort should be put into it to make it stand out from the rest! 'Six Feet Above Yesterday' is available for pre-order NOW at HMV online - www.hmv.com.au The band are currently on tour throughout the U.S and the UK and will return to Australia for their most comprehensive national tour, playing nine shows across the country, visiting all major capital cities, kindly presented by Channel V and Triple J. This will be the last opportunity to catch INFUSION in 2004 as they head off again for yet another European tour in November. INFUSION's new single 'Better World' is out now, with the album, 'Six Feet Above Yesterday' to follow on September 20th. www.infusion.net.au |
