wow it's finally happened.
My parents have found out that Im a smoker...I knew it would happen eventually, and at the same time Im very happy it has come out, but yet I still wish it hadn't. I got the Im so dissapointed in you. Which I also expected but even when your expecting it, it still sounds and feels so bad to hear. I've been smoking for a LONG time and Im so suprised that they didnt actually know, no one in my family smokes so I come home reeking of smoke, they know the majority of my friends smoke and I figured they always knew just didnt say anything, or belive what they thought. I'll just have to wait untill tonight, tilll their both home from work to find out what they actually think.

So if you quit trying to quit, does that become a double negative and make you a Winner? Becauce, quitting quitting doesn't work so you'd think it would...

to quit, you have to want to quit, I really dont want to. I've tried to quit for other people and at times for myself, but I've always gone back to smoking, if I hadn't for a day a week or a few months, trust me I've quit for like 3 months before something always drags you backd own into it.

I remember when my mom and I went to visit my nanna when she was in a mental hospital ... it was really stressful and after when we left it was hard to just leave my nanna there because we both know that she didn’t belong there... Anyways to make a long story short when we got back to the car my mom couldn’t drive she was too upset so at the same time we both pulled out a cig and lighted it. I was so surprised that she didn’t yell or anything.
It was weird because when you’re hiding it you think that if they found out they would kill you... But it’s usually not that way if you are 18 + they know you are old enough to make your own decisions. BTW Im almost a non smoker :) Intake I have tried many times before and yes every time gets harder but you can do it, if you really want to sweetie.

man.. i remember when my mom found out i was smoking.... she started buying me packs of smokes.. cuz my bro started when he was 13.. and with my attitude she wouldnt be able to stop me... but i've been smoke free for almost 2 months...
due to lung problems.. i wake up in the middle of the night not being able to breath.. i went to the hospital cause flem got stuck in my throat and i couldnt breath.. so now 2morrow... this will be the 3rd doctor im going to.. i will finally find out what is wrong with me... i'll never touch a ciggarette again ... and i agree u need to WANT to quit.. u cant just quit cuz people want u too.. or becuz u think its right.. u need to have motivation and have reason and want to fully go through with it.

So my parents sat me down for a chat last night about my lilttel situation they called it. It wasn't much of a chat or a lecture or anything, they told me how dissapointed they were that I smoked after everything they had told me about how bad it is for you and what it does to your body, and all that. Then they told me that they wouldn't be buying me things like toiletries and those kinda things, that if I can buy myself smokes I can buy myself the other things I need, which I also expected them to say that. Then they said that's it were done the topic's over we think you should quit but if your going to smoke its your choice, just not in our house. So it turned out a hell of a lot better then I could have EVER EVER expected.

its such an addiction..
like for instance.. when ur bored.. light one up.. or after you eat.. or when u wake up.. or waiting at the bus stop.. or b4 u go sleep.. its just something that helps u.. it may cause u to die.. but u know what.. so does pot.. even though pot is totally organic it still fucks with ur lungs.. and trust me.. ive been blazing longer then smoking and i think i blame most my lung problems to pot... i used to do 5.5km run in like 13mins and 41 seconds.. i started blazing and i couldnt even do 2 laps around the track field.

Nehoo wont lecture ya about smoking because, well i heard enough about it myself. I love it when people keep on bugging you about how bad smoking is, ok say it once i get it. In fact sometimes them bugging me about it makes me feel like having one. In order to avoid that I go for spits and seeds, oooooooommmmmmmmmmggggggggggg so addictive tho. Idle hands are bad bad bad so keepem busy, believe it or not going for a jog does wonders! amazing but yea just like you i believe that its personal choice wether to quit or not.
