Seems KR is having major quality control issues with this 8".

Lots of people saying the paint isn't dry and is/or smudged.

Def. not gettin' one just yet. :(

It's been like that for awhile now and a lot of the same responses. Since it's mass-produced the paint isn't given proper time before they smush it into it's packaging. So not only is their a chase gamble but a QC gamble as well.
