Ableton help

So my sequencer is lined up with my dub (ambient start off) then into my melodies and tweaked effects. Everytime i load up something new, it goes over my dub. Then i cant find my sequence for dub?

What am i doing wrong?

basically my samples are overriding the samples i've already put on the sequencer.

Sounds to me like you have some stuff set up in arrangement view, and some samples set up in session view, and the stuff in session view fires off when you hit play....is that about right?
