You can dual screen in Live 7?

yes you can, but i just drag my effects and vst windows over to the other screen, it makes it a whole lot nicer to mix without windows in the way but still make tweaks in your vst.

get a better mixer. the 600 is still pre-fader for it's aux send/returns and to make the most of the effects, you'll want something that does post-fader fx. And 800 or and ecler maybe.
