I'm looking into getting a 49-key usb/midi keyboard.. any suggestions?

something with pads, mod wheel and pitch bend for sure.. I've been looking at the Axiom for quite some time, wondering if anyone has a strong reason why I should or shouldn't take this over another.. mpk49 maybe? OR should i look to getting the keys and pads separate.. like going for an Oxygen or XBoard and then an mpd32 or something like that... ?? anyone with an opinion/experience with any of these or any other controllers.. you're input would be considered, for sure. Thanks..

After having my Oxygen8 and CME UF5 rendered useless as there are no 64-bit Vista drivers for these guys, I'm looking at the following keys:

Akai MPK49 - has everything I want, but a bit expensive ($478)
Edirol PCR500 - not to sure if the keys are semi-weighted, and small velocity pads, but better price ($344)
Novation Remote - pretty much the same as the MPK49 ($471)

I really wish M-audio and/or CME would update their drivers though. I'm still trying to find work arounds for the issue.
