I was thinking about get these but after reading up on and the problems ppl been having with them.... nuh uh.... they got problems with the firmware, eject christ there's even been some situations where someone's cdx caught on fire...

yeah the hdx is dope.. but what's the point when it costs more than you'd ever spend on vinyl and needles

there was a time when cdj's costed an arm and leg.

i've got the CDX's got em used. had em for a few weeks now. and they work perfectly. the effects work great. and the vinyl feel is amazing. i havent messed around with setting up any cue points in the 3000 cue memory bank. but for turntablists and scratch Dj's there is no better CD alternative

Nismo200SX is an unknown quantity at this point
they are kick ass. I have a pair of Stanton C304's that are pretty good too. similar features as CDJ-1000 only with a better platter IMHO being a scratch dj.

there is nothing else that i've tried out that can come close to the CDX in terms of vinyl feel. the Technics is kinda close but the unit and platter is still small.

i find it really funny how much of a waste of money this equipment actually is. just stick with the standard and you'll never go wrong.
