Selling a 4th generation iPod w/warranty

Everything is still in the box (Headphones, Wires, A/C, Cd's, etc,.. also comes with a blue skin protector).
condition is great with a few minor scratches

Decided to sell it because i got an mp3 player that also plays movies. Theres nothing wrong with it and has 1 year warranty left on the receipt till December 2006.

retail price goes for $379 without taxes and without warranty in stores.
