New log in function

From the looks of things it now appears you have to be logged in to browse through the boards. After viewing 3 threads I was asked to log in or register. In one sense i think it's only fair that the members get full access to all the threads and that anyone who's just skimming the boards and not offering any input should get limited access.

should encourage people to log in...
they can still choose whether or not to be seen if they want to remain a ghost...

as for ppl browsing at work...a quick log in shouldn't hurt
