Tell your buddy about it and if he doesn't believe you, send him the ICQ logs or whatever evidence you have. Chances are he's gonna be a bit bitter/jealous even but it'll be better that way cuz at least you aren't hiding it from him.

Good friends don't step on you and others to get what they want. By wanting to get with you she's betraying your friendship and her relationship.

Then again, make sure she isn't just joking around first before you go off telling your friend cuz she could be just playin'.

my suggestion on this matter is to sit down with her and first of all ask her if she is INDEED serious about wanting to hook up with you. ppl joke around and even flirt about stuff like this in a non-serious way all the time.

if she isnt, then its all good etc....

if she was being serious, tell her that you are puzzled as to why she would do this if she is going out with your buddy. take the subject away from the fact that she wants to sleep with you, and get into the subject of why she wants to cheat on your buddy. if she is a friend of yours hopefully you will be able to maybe talk to her and help her to work out whatever problems she has in the relationship with your friend. try to help them get back on track maybe?

or alternately maybe she is just a dirty cheating lying ho. and this is a bad thing. cut her off if she doesnt shape up.
