That mini series OWNED! I actually thought the same thing though.... maybe they used the FMB character for inspiration.

Either way.... that mini sereis is good from start to finish... pretty close to the book too. Give it up for Molly Ringwald!

yeah, i've read it too.

it's certainly quite the immersive piece of work. i absolutely lost myself into it to the point where i was having dreams about it, and when i woke up in the morning, i'd have to give myself a reality check.
