I mean, almost every couple days a girl will say im cute. But won't bother making a move on me.

and when girls say youre cute it usually in a friendly sorta way (i would think) if they were interested they would flirt until they thought you were interested and then tell you youre hot, cute, etc.. if they thought that more would come out of it...imo...
