the emergency paper
do you ever get a zigzag that has the sticky side creased so you throw it to the side to get a fresh one? and one day you can't find your pack of zags and you're about to go to the store except you find that discarded zag in your drawer (or something). The zigzag that saved you from a trip the store. what gets better then that? it's like not being able to find a lighter and then finding one.
when i get a fresh pack of zags i'll usually intentionally discard one for a rainy day.

zigzags are awful dude!
the taste is atrocious and really fries the throat/lungs. Spend an extra buck or two on some nice skins and your smoking experience will improve greatly. My personal preference are the RAW unbleached vegan raps. I've turned on lots of my friends to these and they haven't looked back! Rizla silvers are pretty great for the tasteless paper, only problem is that they canoe really easily.
Best way around this I've found is to light up the joint before even putting it in your mouth. Just hold the fire at the tip, and slowly twirl the joint around to give it an even burn. Once you have your cherry you're good to go for a perfectly burning joint. There are, however, two instances this doesn't work. If it's windy, or if you have really dank weed.

Also, getting rid of the annoying crease in your rollies is easier than you thought. Prior to packing the joint, start rolling the paper like you're rolling the joint. The creases will even out and you'll have a really nice little trough to put your weed into so you can roll it up easier.

yeah, i got myself a pack of rizla silvers atm. but normally i'd go with the Smoking Brand papers. they come in 1 and 1/4 size and are my preference.
Ever been in your car and a buddy asks if you got papers because he has the ganj. and you don't. but you check through your glove box and find that ONE emergency paper?

There's a general sloppiness in style that seems to get tacked onto the marijuana coulture that I don't care for. I pride myself in being a bit of a connoisseur and try to approach it with some class and respect. It's a lot like booze in that respect.. Weed treats you only as good as you treat the weed! Treat it bad and the weed burns you!

for sure. just simply asking someone to match has helped me meet some interesting people. and if only for 20 minutes, at least it was out of the ordinary. And weed has a habit of doing that.. Like, the WIERDEST THINGS happen when I'm stoned that can't possibly be blamed on the weed.

it's a supernatural world, man.
herb can sometimes help us remember that and tap into that part of our being. If you're really interested in making the most out of the plant, I recommend incorporating yoga and meditation into your day. Look into it, give it a try at least. I've found it has really helped me with relaxation and focus ( 2 things i have a very difficult time doing).

What sucks is that you have to be logged in for her messages to be blocked.
There is always a time and place for either bong, pipe or paper. I used to exclusively use the bong and when i went back to doobs it was a welcome change. It's a lot like smoking the same kind/strain of ganj for too long. It gets boring after time and you just need a change to refresh things.

It's also kind of difficult to take a bong to a club. Pipes are clunky and can get confiscated by security, or worse, a cop. While I appreciate both of those for home use neither is really that portable. Pre-rolled is the only way to go when doing a night on the town.

For emergency papers, I actually pull the first 3 rollies out of the package, fold them up, and open my cellphone battery, and keep them there until I run out. I just flop the battery open, stick in 2-3 papers, and close it up. I love this, because I always have my phone on me.
