Pot-smoking motorist not guilty of impaired driving

http://cbc.ca/stories/2003/01/09/pot_driving030108

the best part is this:

"Reimer called several of his friends to testify in the case and they said they drive while smoking pot, too. Some said it made their driving better. "

LET THE TRUTH BE KNOWN!!
:blunt:

Maybe we can argue that driving stoned shouldn't be illegal but I think it might still be dangerous in some cases.
It depends on how much you smoke just like it depends on how much you drink with alcohol. I think it also depends on how experienced you are with weed. If you've been smoking for years and you're used to it, you might be able to drive okay still but if it's like someones first or second time then they might have some trouble - especially if it's strong stuff like BC chronic. But this guy doesn't really have a choice. He has to take his medicine so he doesn't get sick and medical smokers like him are usually pretty experienced. No one should go to jail for taking their medicine.
