Drugs
Everytime I do drugs I feel all regretful and stuff. Ill like think about how my life could have been if I didnt start doing drugs, and I feel like shit yet i still do them. Its fuckt me and my gf were talkin about this on sat morn when we were high on drugs and we noticed that the only time we feel this way is when we r coming down.
I need to cut back on my illicit substances, but its gonna be hard because of the life style i lead. Anyone got ne advice or something? |

i find just straight up quiting never works for people. it's too hard. you can maybe try starting to quit by setting limits. like if you do drugs everyday then try doing them only twice a week? or only on weekends. whatever limits will help you cut down at first b4 you try too just stop should be helpful. just keep remembering the bad things about drugs and try not to get depressed:)

the sketch kills us all. i don't really notice it unless if chemicals or large amounts of shrooms are involved.
if you're using other drugs, other than pot, try just goin for a week cold turkey. usually by the end of the week you'll feel a huge positive improvement. if you smoke enough green, after a certain point, the depression and sketch are almost non-existent. just a different brand of cigs. (the best brand) i found that once i got into the routine of goin to the gym, i became a bit of a health nut, and could feel the after affects of those drugs so much more. my drug use was almost non-existent during that time. sorta gotta find something that works for you. |

GODESSA- I totally know whatchu mean
last year I used to do a lot of drugs, so much e, and the whole digusting jib thing too...it finally got to the point where I realized I had to stop because it was just getting out of hand...gradually i started doing less and less....and it all worked out for me, i havent done e since new years (one cap) and before that it was late august last year...that's a HUGE deal for me because I used to be all about chemicals...i havent touched jib in about a year and i never will EVER again it's not worth it...CHEMICALS aren't worth it, trust me...after taking a break for a week or two you'll notice a difference and if u want to enough ulle realize you should stop...everyone's different but i'de say gradually would be the best option good luck |

yeah i used to do drugs all the time. now i do them about twice a month and am trying for less.
start out by just doing it on the weekends. then every other weekend. Then once every couple of months. then never. and there ya go. find other interests that are fun with out drugs. Or do the interests you already have but try doing them without drugs. that's my advice hopes it helps |

i used to do drugs.
rarely do i do them now. this probably won't help you. but for me, there just came a point when it was like i was looking in a mirror, and i saw what was happening to me. and i didn't like it. and so when i actually HONESTLY wanted to stop, i did. simple. i think that you have to really want to stop all together, especially if you've been going since you were 13. it's hard just to kind of stop. |

you have to stop them all together.
if you do them every now and then, you will always think maybe i should, maybe i should. if you think you can't do it on your own, then get rehab help. its free (i think fromhealth care), and not everyone has strong enough will power to quit cold turkey. or you can just find other friends that are not into it, and let them lead you down another path. |

i know i can do it by myself cuz ive done it by myself before, less hassels then dealing with outside help such as counsellors n BS, and kirsimata its easier said then done to just dropout of my life which i enjoy its justthe drugs i dont enjoy ne more cuz it fucks me 2 bad. My shifts r in the evening so when i get home from workim just gonna wanna sleep not party, and i start skool in sept so ill have 2 totally buckle down.

I'm sure people will rag on me for this one, but just transfer addictions :)
if your feeling the need to habitually get messed up, just smoke pot or something else less harmful than coke. (Ghb is actually great for that. :) ) as for worrying about how your life would be if you never got into drugs, don't worry about that. It'd done and it can't be undone. Learn from the past, don't regret it. |

find someone you can depend on.
Tell them the situation you're in. and ask them for help. And whenever you have the craving to do some drugs, call them instead and ask them that you really need someone here. Sometimes you really do need moral support to get through addiction. |

change your environment. Surround yourself with positive influences. Not everybody in van does drugs. And if they're really your friends, they'll want whats best for you. Change isn't easy. you have to truly will it inorder for it to happen. I think with anything, the decision to begin changes in your life is the hardest step. |

you find blow alot harder to get off of than meth? alot of people I know that have tried coke after being thru the whole crystal ordeal say it's like nothing. even people who haven't ever tried meth before have tried coke and not found any sort of addictive pull back to it at all. |
