just drink some gatorade before you go to sleep and when you wake up... the reason you get sick is cause your dehidrated... gatorade always helps

just pound a decent size glass of water b4 u go to sleep, and leave a glass by your bed, so when u wake up all thirsty in teh middle of the night...BOOYA h2o right there. that's what i do. and i havn't had a hangover in years.

that seems to work for me everytime

but you know what's the worst? alcohol induced nightmares...they are so much scarier then normal nightmares

you don't need gatorade to replenish lost electrolytes. they can easily be replenished by regular foods. even simple orange juice will do (plus, it's a hell of a lot cheaper).

Heres why I almost never have bad hangovers, worked for me since I was 12:

Drink LOTS of water before going to sleep
eat some bread
dont go to sleep if u feel dizzy when u shut your eyes, wait it out a bit, watch porn or something...

water...alcohol dehydrates you....some friends of mine say taking an advil before you go to sleep too...but i don't think thats necessary....water is fine....lots of water.....but the thing is that if youre so drunk taht if you slam a bunch of water youll puke...ure kinda screwed......i guess make youreself puke first....iono...
