I know that women can be brought to orgasm without ever being toched but i do not know what you mean by mental orgasm - so maybe you could elborate - Or someone could fill me in? I hope not to miss out on any pleasure...

Only women can have mental ograsms since sex is 80% mental and 20% physicaly based for women and the complete opposite for men. Keep in mind some girl's are more physical than others but in most cases four play and a connection that can only be attained through a long and trusting relationship will be the best sex. But I do know a lot of girl's who like ruff sex and they can't stand romantic, passionate, sensual interaction.. I prefer the latter of the two myself..

it's been my [recent] experience that a "mental orgasm" does not only incorporate the physical aspects of an orgasm but also the "spiritual"...as in the connection and charge you feel when you're with someone and it's real.
i cannot say that this is/is not possible for a man [because i'm not one and have no idea the level that their mental state plays when experiencing pleasure, pls boys...do talk about this because i've always been curious]. it has been studied, and i think that stats show that there is only a small percentage of women able to have orgasms because of physical sex alone. as in just intercourse. [or they just haven't found someone that does that for them]. ...i have no idea if that's what you were looking for in any way...but it's a very interesting topic.

^ tis true only 25% of women can orgasm through good ol' vaginal sex. it feels good, but the penis alone doesn't do it all. A majority of women need clitoral stimulation to orgasm, and he clitoris is no where near all the thrusting action - so manual or oral stimulation needs to happen
this is why i tend not to believe girls who say they cum every time they have sex... Anyway - with dedication (cause every partner is a little different) you can normally find the right position for g-spot stimulation and well - bring on the thrusting! So mental orgasm more like a euphoric state vaginal is the uncontrolled action that is like gripping and ungripping g-spot is like peeing yourself, you soak the bed clitoral is like breif body explosion ta-da!!!
