ok after now reading the article this program is gettin some other cowns to grow it from some place in Flin Flon, Manitoba( why i dunno) but i do know that the compassion club has been sellin weed to ppl with a prescription for it and get bc growers to grow it for them.

it's grown underground in manitoba, and is grown to be very mild.

it is under heavier gaurd than a lot of canada's arms depots.
