well technically it isn't.

It's still scheduled, which means it is illegal, and most of all it's NOT TAXED.

and the government HATES people who make money tax free.

No in the sense of being basically harmless, but yes in the aspect of a gateway drug. Tis a hard call since I love my weed! But I truly do not think of it as a drug.

I don't see the definition of a drug having anything to do with how bad it is for you. if it has the ability to affect the neurotransmitters in your brain or influence synaptic activity, it is a drug.
