Well I've got my belly pierced 3 times (once on top, twice on bottom) but personally I find it very sexy when a chick has her Spleen pierced, that's so hawt! Or a girl with her big toe pierced is such a turn on.

well i have my nose periced and tonge n my belly...i wanted the monroe peircing really really bad but i was talked out of it since i have a natural mole there where it would be so it would look funnie so ill stick with el natural haha i do plan on geting my clit peirced but thats much later much much later .. and for guys id say nipple and tonge if there up for it...and on the right guy both ears peirced with diamonds:drools: thats what i think is sexy

I hate needles so you will never catch me with a piercing anywhere nor would my job (and its professional atmosphere) allow it.

On chicks... hmmmmm... the belly button thing is hawt especially if the chick has a really nice tummy... mmmmmmm abs...

The tongue can some times be cute as well and has obvious "functional" advantages for a guy. I don't really care about anywhere else.

im with maryah on this one. if the face is suited for piercings, then anything can look good. i'm not quite a fan of the medusa, but i've seen it look really good on a couple people. my favorites tend to be as follows.
boys: nose, tongue, ears, and labret ( if its small)
girls: nose, monroe, and labret.
