there called milk tokes ....yu stick the unlit end of a joint or whatever in the end of a traw put yur kmouth over the lit part(be careful) and blow the smoke threw the doob threw the straw and into the frozen cup and all the hot smokes cools down and chills at the bottom of the glass and then yu drink the smoke so to say...gets yu pretty baked...i personally liek joints over bongs pipes knives or anything...vaporisers are the bomb to if yu use em right.....
