that moment of sure extacy. the sight and feeling can leave one speechless, it can make one want to scream only to feel part of the experience (strange idea I know). Hm... I wouldn't call it a feeling of accomplishment or pride; such feelings are ego-centric and self-serving. More mutual, I think, sort of like saying, "Your welcome" with a mere smile.

Really, if it truly is an intimate moment, then it's more or less the same feeling I'd imagine a woman must feel when pleasing her guy to the point of orgasm.
