ringing in ears due to lack of weed

before last sunday i was a chronic. i smoked a good six times a day average, and i stopped cold turkey last sunday for four reasons - soccer provincials, provincial exams, i dont get baked anymore due to high tolerance, and money. on wednesday i got a ringing in the ears, which hasnt yet gone away. i went to the doctor, and he said there was no infection or anything, it must be because i quit smokin pot. (my body was used to being filled with thc, but it is deprived now) it really sucks cos i cant sleep. has anyone else ever got something like this? how long did it take to go away? ps im blazing after my english provincial on tuesday. fuck what the doctor says

yeah dude
i know what you mean
while weed isnt physically addictive it is psychologically addictive
the best idea is to break the routines you had
like... ykno.. you be chillin on the fnk chronicals, you usually pack a bowl or smoke a j... well if you are chillin on the board with no weed, its kinda like an expectation thing...ykno?
also you might have better luck slowly "weeding" yourself off of it.. like.. pack a tiny bowl an hour or 2 before you are gonna go to bed...
i know what you mean about not being able to sleep.
it fucking sucks.
i'm on a bit of a sabbatical myself right now.. got sick last week, took like a week off from smoking, and since i got better have had no yearnin to smoke...

I've studied marijuana for well over 8 years now, and there is no withdrawal symptoms related to your ears. If you were "chronic" you will find you have trouble sleeping perhaps, with some irritability. But nothing else, and there is no physical withdrawal symptoms.
