Preloading/Postloading for MDMA
Who here Pre/Postloads? Just curious as to what your recipe is. On top of the daily multivitamin, vitamin e and lecithin; Mine starts before taking E:
T-1:30 - 50 mg 5-htp
T-1:00 - 50 mg 5-htp
.... then
T+8:00 - 100 mg 5-htp
and I tend to feel much better after I started doing this routine.. depending on how I feel I'll take another 50-100mg of 5-htp the following day. It works so well that I don't think I can go without doing it. I was thinking of taking some magnesium at the grand finale to reduce the jaw clenching .. anyone else try this yet?
