i heard over CKNW that there were 2 deaths this weekend at a Rave (i'm geussing Spooky) from an overdose from lethal Extacy....
and it's going around Van....

I'll let the anthrax one slide as I think it is kind of funny even though it is as stupid as this post.

All drugs are inherently dangerous/lethal.

If you happen to be the small percentage that is allergic to MDxx, one tab will kill you instead of making you high.

A general statement like you made doesn't hold water. If people are stupid enough to take an unknown substance without testing it then they should know the consequences.

This has happened before in the past with a bad bunch of Yellow cK's that were made in Vancouver.

It doesn't matter how much you preach, if the people don't listen or smarten up then let them die.

If I thought this thread was stupid enough I could have just nuked it.

If one chooses to take drugs, designer, prescription or off the shelf, there are inherent risks.

If you choose to pop a tab that you cannot test or determine what it is made of, then you are playing russian roulette.

People are not going to learn anything from that, people are not going to think twice.

Nothing short of meeting Death himself and being pulled back to life will make anyone change. I'm lucky that I can walk away from many of the stupid things that I have done so far in my life and popping a tab is one of them.

I do care and I try to at least inform someone who chooses to pop, since it is easier to do that than trying to change their mind. Do a search here and you can determine my intentions for yourself.

I am not saying I am right, I am not saying your intentions were wrong. I'm trying to say that posting something like 'Lethal Extacy is going around' isn't much help. There are better ways to use your care and energy. This IMO wasn't one of them.

Disclaimer: This post is in no way saying that taking drugs is a good thing. Do some reasearch and learn before you try anything, at least try to make an educated decision and not fall to peer pressure.
