NDP Threatened To Sue Marc Emery Over Pot Pamphlet

Marc Emery recently began supporting the NDP in many ways. They broadcast numerous television ads for their campaign , had the Laytons over for dinner to discuss legalization options, and recently printed 50,000 NDP posters and distributed them around Canada.
The hilarious thing is though, they printed all Pot related posters with Laytons face on it and now the NDP PR representative has called Marc and threatened to sue him. However Mr.Emery , after dealing with so many legal cases in his life, has already consulted with his lawyers on the matter and continued to print another 50,000 more.

well not really, but i think the way it is right now, you wont get charged if you are caught with anything less than an ounce (and of course it cant be seperated in small baggies cuz then they can charge u for trafficking)

Marijuana as it stands is illegal in Canada. However British Columbia, most importantly Vancouver has become very linient with it's marijuana treatment. As a result we have become the growing capital of north america ( next to Mexico ofcourse ).
Bill C-38 is being proposed by the Liberal government, it'll basically allow cops to ticket you, and increase the penalties for growing and dealing.
