Salvia Divinorum
I would like to get some opinions and comments on peoples experieces with this drug. Salvia Divinorum for those of you who dont know it is a legal drug that is smoked through a bong or pipe, and it can get you high on a number of diffrent levels depending how big your hoot is. The highs range from a mild acid like buzz to a extremely intense voyage into another dimention. It has been around for centurys and is smoked by mazatec indians during spiritual healing ceramonys. The first time i smoked it, i wasent warned about how serious the effects are and reached cloud 9. I totaly went someplace far away, seen lots of colours and things that diddent really exist. It get me so high sometimes that I get scared that i wont come down. I wonder about long term effects and what good if any can it do 4 the body?. The person who first gave it to me had it given to him by an educated proffesional older person who has many university degrees. I can tell you first hand that this stuff is really weird and i what i cant figure out is how they can sell it legaly in canada and the USA? i do know it is highley illegal in austrailia.

I haven't quite. Last time I smoked salvia I made a jump into its stream of existance, and kind of just stayed there. I've probably drifted back out of it since, cos that was quite awhile ago. It was quite a wierd experience... somewhat of a death/rebirth sorta thing. But not quite. As I took in the 3rd toke, things had started to drip down and look quite Geigeresque. My buddy holding the pipe dripped away into a mexican skeliton lookin guy. The whole room had become a spooky looking cryogenic freezing room. Spooky looking, but not bad. It was warm and welcoming. I lied down, closed my eyes and drifted into it. Then the entire back half of me exploded out and undid itself on a molecular level. It was all dangling down under me like jellyfish tentacles. Something in my head got released as well. Like a helmet got taken off me or something. I opened my eyes and my buddy was walking out if the room with it. (Couldn't actually see it, it was a ball of energy, I kinda just sensed it). I was completely in the loop at that point. I sat there thinking woah.. where am I where am I where am I where am I, until my buddy confirmed with me that we were on the same level. After that I settled down and regained my bearings of the new stream I had jumped into. heh... I want to smoke more now :)

it's a nice drug. wouldn't recommend it if you just want to get 'high' because you will get a lot more 'high' than you expect. it isn't recreational **(although if you roll a joint with half weed half salvia extract (not the leaves, doesn't work heh) that can produce some pretty fun effects, kind of like giving yourself a small mushroom comedown).
it kinda sucks though because it is so harsh. you get ripped out of reality and it can be really confusing/disorienting. plus it induces a mild amnesia (of the trip, not your entire life :p) so sometimes remembering details is difficult...if explainable in english at all :p i would also recommend a sitter.

i purchased alot of it and smoked it all, basically you get really really high for 30 seconds then you come down, the high is crazy i felt completly dissoriantated i couldnt tell what was up or down and felt almost retarded drunk in a split second! i couldnt stand up cause i didnt really know what the fuck was happening when it hit me so be prepared for a very sudden onset!! its fun nothing special.

i heard stories that its more intense than acid.
i smoked the 15x xtract took like 6hoots was a big bowl and meh wasnt wat i xpected felt like i was being pulled by sum1 but it didnt really hit me till i was drunk and smoked a bowl then i coodnt even stand lol i fell over but as for hallucinating meh wasnt @ all 2 my xpectations

ive experienced with salvia once and it didnt work quite well, we had picked up a gram 20x extract i believe it was. I was the first one to try it my friend put in a really fat bowl and i domed the whole thing, it was very different, but not really much effect, i tried another and another then it hit me, shit everything seemed so perfect to me the sky was VERY noticeable i couldnt stop staring at the beautiful light blue and the clouds were (to me atleast) making faces of gods it was very fun.

Not that I'm saying thats the case with you, but thats the only explaination that makes sense in my mind so far. Luke puts alot of work into researching and approaching his drugs properly, its actually pretty admirable :) I have yet to try this yet, and by the sounds of it its something I'd love. Any tips? you will know wehn you fully experience a salvia trip.
it rips you out of normal existence and becomes the most foreign state of being you (if you can even manage to think of yourself as "you" during the trip) have ever experienced. best word to describe: FOREIGN

If you know how to build a "Sobe Bong" , do so, then use Salvia with that medium.
I guarantee if you haven't had a journey before , you will experience one.

or gravity bong
two litre bottle with top cut off fill up with water get 500-750ml bottle cut bottom off make bowl for top of smaller bottle insert small bowl until all but the bowl*(of the shit) is submerged light the shit raise smaller bottle (fuel the bowl by sucking o2 thru it) fill bottle push down slowly as you inhale (remove bowl) repeat *as many times as you can hehe

actually, the best way I've found to smoke salvia is out of a smallish pipe, while holding the flame constantly on it. That way the active ingredient stays vaporized all the way into your lungs.
I wouldn't have thought that a Sobe bong would work to well, but I guess you've tried it and its worked, eh cheebus?
