well here's the low down,,, most E's you get have a lot of stimulants in them, even pure MDMA works like a stimulant in your body... that makes your body burn through the sugar in your blood faster. This will cause a high risk of going low on the blood sugar. Now the other issue with E and other drugs is you become stupid and don't take care of you self well. Add both low blood sugar, and not taking care of your self, equals a low blood sugar seizure.

Well as long as people around your friend are smart enough to remind your friend to test her suger, and she has some thing to keep her levels right,,, then a person with diabetes might be able to do E with out getting too sick.

The sad fact most Dr. will tell you only information that going to shock you away from the idea of trying it, rather then factual information. Kinda like how some people are a %100 sure that free condom at school, will serve to promote pre-marital sex.

exactly....ive asked my doctor shit like that before...
one time i went camping and i was on antibiotics.. im like.... we'll can i drink?... shes like... u can.. but u shouldnt.. but if you do.. dont drink more than 2 drinks...

i drank 2 coolers... i was FUCKED UP.. haha.

Of course not. She's just gonna ask a bunch of thoroughly undereducated and paranoid raver kids with little or no medical experience instead.

It's called "Harm Reduction". Doctors understand it pretty well: Preaching dogma gets you nowhere. Telling people how to do it so they don't get hurt, warning them about consequences and trying to minimize the downside of it tends to be far more effective in avoiding deaths due to drugs than simply saying "Drugs are bad, mmkay?"

It's the same reason they give out free condoms at clinics.

A friend of mine's a diabetic and she has no problem doing E.
As long as your friend watches herself, maybe takes just a small dose the first time, she'll probably be fine.

I agree even though that may be a semi-hypocrytical statment coming from me :

Not doing drugs in the first place would probably be the best idea as opposed to looking for ways around illness's to continue usage.
