USA trying to extradite Marc Emery!?!?!?

OK, so for any of you who don't know who Marc Emery is, he's the leader of the Marijuana Party in BC.

Emery was arrested in the maritimes and is currently fighting extradition to the US for selling seeds online. WTF!?!?! He's a Canadian citizen and those smug fucking Americans try and step in to try him in their country for crimes? His headquarters were also raided by the VPD today.

Is it just me or has the US gov't gone off the deep end on this one? How dare they think that they can uphold their laws in OUR country. I can't believe that our gov't is even entertaining the idea. Absolutely ridiculous if you ask me.
