metal screens are kinda nasty . just use pot as the screen . kind of loosely layer some of the outer more "leafy" parts of the bud to bed the bottom of the bowl, just make sure its not packed down to tight or else airflow will get cut, or youll end up sucking in chunks of bud. and you also have to smoke a bit gentler with this technique or youll pull ash/charred bits into the pipe while smoking.

i lost my glass screen for my glass pipe almost a year ago. the weed screen technique has been workin fine.

Tear off a small piece of Rolling Paper Thingy... Roll it up like you do a Filter for a Doob and stick it in the bottom so it's loose enough for the smoke to go through. BAM! Done!
